Postgraduate Certificate Structure

Planning your PostGrad.

There are two starting dates for the Postgraduate Certificate programme every year:

  • July (application deadline 1 May): starting with the Summer School.
  • September (application deadline 1 September): starting with the online studies part (5 online EU modules).

The Summer School on EU Policy Making is a face-to-face course held one week in Brussels and one week in Vienna.

Moreover, as of 2021 we offer the possibility for students starting in September to replace the on-site Summer School on EU Policy Making (July, focus on civil rights) by the online Winter School on EU Policy Making (February - fully online) equivalent, meaning that students have to choose between the online Winter School and the on-site Summer School to complement the five online courses in the curriculum.

Students have the possibility to study this Postgraduate Certificate programme in a one-year or two-year track. Below is the planning for both tracks.
